Sofia Booking

Appointment booking for Fresh Chicago Clean

Sofia Booking is the scheduling service behind Sofia, the phone receptionist for Fresh Chicago Clean, a residential cleaning service in Chicago. When a caller asks for a cleaning, Sofia checks which times are open, gives a price and books the visit.

How it uses Google

Google Calendar: reads and creates appointment events on the business owner's own calendar so bookings, moves and cancellations show up there.
Gmail: sends the business owner one summary email after each call. It only sends; it never reads anyone's mail.

Only the business owner signs in with Google. Callers never sign in.
